Pokud s námi chcete v rámci podpory sdílet data, screenshoty, diagnostické informace, nebo logy, můžete je připojit do emailu jako přílohu, nebo nahrát pomocí support portálu.
Ale pozor, limit příloh je pouze 20 MB, jak při využití emailu tak i portálu.
Máte-li větší soubor ke sdílení, nahrajte nám ho sem: https://cloud.logmanager.cz/s/K6d4qGFYB3bj3Z3, nebo využijte vlastní prostředky pro sdílení.
