Každý ticket, nebo jakýkoliv požadavek, by měl být založený z emailové domény naše partnera, nebo zákazníka.

Tickety založené z veřejných emailových služeb, jako například Gmail, Seznam, ProtonMail, apod., nebudou akceptovány.


EN:

Each ticket, or any request, should be created from the email domain of our partner or customer.

Tickets created from public email services such as Gmail, Seznam, ProtonMail, etc. will not be accepted.
